What our Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

All policies and statements on this page are presented as our terms and conditions of service. By using our website, online booking, or calling us for service, you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions of service, and you agree to comply with them. By placing a reservation with HFX Limo & Tours Inc., you acknowledge and expressly agree to our policies, terms, and conditions.

 

Payment Policy We do not charge your credit card unless you specifically request it. All bookings must be secured with a credit card on file.

 

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a full charge.

 

No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled service without prior notification, you will be charged the full amount for the service.

 

Additional Fees Additional fees may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or special requests. These fees will be detailed during the booking process and will be charged accordingly.

 

Service Rendered Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached. You also agree to all additional fees detailed on this page.

 

Changes to Reservations Any changes to reservations must be communicated to us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.

 

Liability HFX Limo & Tours Inc. is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, and road closures.

 

Conduct We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who exhibits inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, intoxication, harassment, or any form of misconduct.

 

Privacy Policy Your personal information is kept secure and confidential. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete your reservation.

Reservation Verification and Accuracy

  • You must verify that the information on the reservation itinerary is correct and accurate. We cannot assume you have made an error when scheduling your car service; you must correct any inaccurate information. Please ensure the reservation has the correct pickup time and date.
  • We must have all stops and destinations listed on the itinerary. If there are stops not on the itinerary, please reply to the email you were sent and inform us, as we must account for the travel time on the itinerary to properly schedule our drivers.
  • For airport arrivals, the reservation date and time should match the arrival date and time of your flight as stated on your flight itinerary. Specifically, we require the correct flight arrival number.
  • You must follow the procedures detailed below for any reservation changes, flight changes, and cancellations.
  • We require the passenger’s mobile number in order to send live updates. Ensure your mobile number is on the reservation and your phone is on to receive communications.
  • Please treat the vehicles with respect and avoid slamming car doors.

Incorrect Information Submitted by Customer

If the customer/booking contact does not submit the correct time and date, we are not responsible for this error and charges for the car/driver dispatched will apply. For example, a common mistake occurs when a customer is arriving on a flight on October 1st at 11:57 PM but enters October 1st at 12:00 AM, which is incorrect. In such cases, we interpret it as September 30th at 11:57 PM, three minutes after the flight arrival time.

We always schedule our drivers based on the exact flight arrival time to avoid errors and track flights with our dispatch system. We do not assume errors and do not schedule more than 23 hours in advance of the submitted time/date. Not doing so would mean no driver waiting for the customer on October 1st at 12:00 AM as requested. We take steps to confirm reservation details when booking and again one day before the scheduled arrival time.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all types of payment.

Are there any charges for Card Transaction?

Please note that there is a 3% transaction fee applied to all payments made by card. This fee covers processing costs associated with card transactions. We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
